Why doesn’t the article list change even though I selected a division?

Divisions assigned to a category filter the content itself. Divisions assigned to a content type only limit the options in the content type filter and in selection lists, not the articles shown. That’s why the content type filter may show fewer content types than the list contains. To show only articles of a certain content type, set the content type filter.

Why can’t I change the order of the content types?

You can only drag content types into a new order when all divisions and the shared space are selected. In the division selector, select Select All and click Confirm.

Why can’t I see a newly created division?

New divisions aren’t selected automatically. Select the new division in the division selector and click Confirm.

Why is the topic architecture empty?

If neither a division nor the shared space is selected in the division selector, there is nothing to show. The topic architecture then displays a message explaining this.

What do I see if I don’t belong to any division?

Users who don’t belong to any division see the content of the shared space.
