To link local data or folders instead of uploading them in the attachments tab, you can store these links directly. The unlimited storage capacity for notes should leave nothing to be desired when it comes to internal knowledge transfer.
Add notes
To add notes, please enter your content in the small editor on the right-hand side and complete your entry by clicking on the green check mark. Format your information using the editor functions. You can also add comments to the notes.

Store links to internal folders
Scompler not only refers to external links on the Internet, but can also link files directly. You will find this option to the right of the note box.
First, select the type of link you want to create. We distinguish between “Web” and “Local” links.

Select “Local” here to link your file in a local network/local storage medium.
In the next step, insert the link to the file - you can usually obtain the link by right-clicking on the file and selecting the link from the context menu. Click on the green check mark.

You will now see an expanded display with additional information about your link.

Please note: Links to local files cannot be read like web links, so they do not contain an image.
Provide additional information such as the title or notes for your colleagues.

Click Save. The link will now be displayed.

Then move the mouse pointer over the box and several icons will appear. Here you can copy the link to the clipboard, edit the link and other information, or delete it.

If you wish, you can add further links to web addresses or local links.
