Requesting the Installation of an App in the Marketplace

As an editor, you can request integrations for a wide variety of apps in the Marketplace. Administrators can then approve or reject your request.

  1. Navigate to Marketplace in the left navigation bar. 
    The Marketplace opens.
  2. Select the app for which you want to request integration. Optionally, use the search function or select a category to narrow down the apps displayed.

  3. Click Request this app.
    A confirmation dialog opens. 
  4. Click Submit Request.

You have requested the installation of an app. The label Request Sent appears next to the app. Your administrator will be notified of your request. 

Once your administrator has processed the request, you will receive an email and an in-app notification regarding the result. If you requested the integration of an app with a free trial and your request was accepted, the trial will start.
