      How do I set up UTM tracking parameters in Scompler?

      UTM links can be generated via Scompler, enabling you to control the attribution of the data for your web analysis tool from within the platform.

       

       

      Generating UTM links in Scompler

      Select the “Article” tab of the article card. Click on the chain symbol with the cogwheel “UTM Builder” above the editor field.

      A window will open where you can add UTM links. If there are no UTM links, click on “Add new link”:

      1. Add further keys

      2. You can find all set values here

      3. Here you can set further keys and values

      4. By clicking on the “X” you remove keys and values

      5. Save the link

      6. Here you will find the settings for keys and values

      NOTE: The URL must start with “http(s)://”. Each UTM link created can only be viewed for the respective article. Values and strategies parameters can be viewed from all articles.

      Save the links you have created and access them at any time. The configuration wheel contains the following settings:

      1. Key title

      2. Type of display: Selection of predefined values or free text that you create

      3. Option to mark the value as mandatory

      4. Create values for this key

      5. Delete key and value(s)

      6. Create another key

      7. Save all changes

      Once saved, the keys and values remain available for future links.
