Adapt the dashboard to your needs

Get an overview of your tasks and daily activities in Scompler.

The dashboard is an important tool for your daily work. Here you can visualise your tasks in chronological order, quickly access the most recently opened or higher priority content, or send a group message to all users working in Scompler. This way, you can get an overview of the most important daily events.

 

 

  1. Header image: Project administrators can add an image under Project Settings => Settings.
  2. My tasks overview: Here you have an overview of your pending tasks. Click on "Timeframe" to select the period you want to display: one week, 14 days or you can click on "Custom" and select the desired period.




  3. Stream: This widget shows the latest activities of the project (created stories, topics, articles, and comments).
  4. News: This feature is used to send important messages or notes to all users working on the Scompler project.
  5. My most recently edited stories.
  6. My Stories: the stories for which I am responsible.
  7. My priority articles.

     

    Tip: If necessary, add an additional widget for personal or public information, such as a link to your corporate design guidelines or strategy papers, by clicking on the configuration wheel at the top right of the dashboard and selecting the Text widget option. You can then configure this new field according to your wishes.

    Note for administrators: To be able to edit the dashboards and manage task timeframes, project administrators should activate the relevant options in the user group in the project settings.
