Why are my changes not being updated automatically?

If your changes do not automatically update, this article might help you.

In Scompler, your data is updated in real time. For example, workflow changes are automatically applied and newly created articles, stories or topics appear directly in your view without having to refresh the page. This article will help you if this does not work.

 

 


One possible solution to the problem may be to clear the browser cache.
To find out how to do this for your browser, click on the browser name:

After that, you have to restart the browser and log in again.


If this does not help, your firewall may be blocking parts of the update technology in Scompler. Please contact your IT department to add the following domains to the whitelist:

  • scompler.com
  • *.scompler.com
  • *.pro.scompler.com


The asterisk (*) is used as a placeholder for subdomains.
