Define the goals, requirements, key messages and expectations of your projects in Scompler and share them with your team and external partners
Coordination and quality assurance are important for successful collaboration. With a briefing, ideas and requirements for a topic, story or an individual article can be clearly defined and then shared across departments or with external partners such as agencies. In Scompler, you have the option to create, export and easily share the briefing.
Fill in the fields on the topic, story or article card that you consider necessary for creating your briefing: Target audience, strategic guidelines, personas, deadlines, useful material, budget, working teams, etc. When your briefing is ready, click on “Options” and select the “Print a briefing” function.
You then have the option of selecting which information should appear in the briefing. You can deselect an option by clicking on the main parameter (which is highlighted), or you can deselect specific sub-options by clicking on each one individually. Then decide whether you want to export the briefing as a PDF or DOCX format and click “Download report”.
TIP: Scompler automatically saves your preferences in this menu for the next briefing export.
You will receive a report with the selected features and formatted text in both the PDF and Word file.
NOTE: If you export a story or topic briefing, the document will contain clickable links to the articles or stories for people who have access to Scompler.
