The calendar
The calendar offers you a weekly and monthly view of all articles, tasks, stories and topics. You can filter by content type and include ongoing topics and stories. You can also filter by the elements mentioned above. Stories and articles can be viewed together with their content, workflow, files, tasks and comments. You can also submit new ideas in this area. The task area
This section gives you an overview of the tasks you have created or been assigned. You can filter them by date, task type, responsibility and status. The app also allows you to create new tasks, including time frames, descriptions, responsibilities and the option to upload files. Find out more about the task area functions here.
The inbox
The inbox shows an overview of discussions in the articles, stories or topics you are participating in ("Discussion" tab). Notifications about your tasks and mentions appear in the "Other" tab. You can participate in discussions directly on the app. Use the "Unread only" button to hide notifications that you have already read. You can also find the daily task summary in the inbox. Clicking on the individual task notifications takes you to the respective task card.
The search function
In addition to these functions, Scompler offers a mobile search function that you can use to search for topics, stories, articles and tasks. Recently searched terms are saved in the "Last search" and can be easily reused or deleted. You can find out more about this here.
