What do I do if I cannot access Scompler?
The security settings of your company network may block external servers and thus prevent access to Scompler.
Corporate networks need to be secured, meaning that measures such as firewall configuration, protection of mail and web traffic and antivirus solution are often in place, which may block access to Scompler.
If you are having problems accessing Scompler, the problem may be related to these security settings. Please get your IT department to check if communication with external servers is allowed and, if necessary, to adjust the corresponding policy for Scompler:
- You should set the following permission in your policy: permit any to any *.scompler.com
- Also, check that the proxy requests are up to date and correctly connected.
- To enable the functionality to add attachments to Scompler, you will need to allow permission to do POST and OPTIONS to *.cloudfront.net. Read more information here.

If you use a proxy or VPN, please ensure they allow the abovementioned resources.
