How to use “New story” and “New post” fields as a form
Do your colleagues create new stories or articles and forget that they should not only fill in the content type, title and deadline, but also the responsibilities, content attributes, etc.?
Make things easier for them and yourself by adding the required fields to the “+ post” or “+ story” form. This way, you can fill in all the required information with just a few clicks when creating the post or story.
You can make the necessary settings by going to “Advanced settings” in the topic area (via the gear icon in the top right-hand corner) and dragging the desired columns into your selection in the “Story Form Fields'” or “Article Form Fields” tab:
