How can I enable notifications for Community Management?
If a user group is assigned the Community Management of a social media channel, only members of this user group will receive notifications.
You can change this setting in the "Integrations" menu by clicking on the pencil symbol to the right of the respective channel.
If no specific user group has been defined, then all users belonging to groups with access to the Community Management feature will receive notifications.
Permissions in Personal Profile
Users with access to the CM feature can choose whether to receive notifications about the latest changes via e-mail or In-App notifications. You can set this preference in the Personal Profile under “Notification” < “Community Management”.
