Assign team members or teams to the content types to pre-fill the roles in the workflows.
Assign users or predefined teams to specific content types to make it easier for you to create articles and their associated workflow. This can be useful, for example, if a certain content type is always edited by the same team members.
Define the teams
These must be set up first in order to assign specific teams to the content types. To do this, go to the "Strategy" section and click on “Teams”, Here you can create the required teams and add the team members:

In the next step, go to the “Content Types” section and select the content type to which you want to assign team members or teams. Click on "Edit" to open the settings of the content type. Click on the "Predefined team" tab to assign individual team members or entire teams to all or some of your defined roles. Multiple selections are possible.
If several team members or a team are selected, the workflow task will later appear for each of the colleagues in the dashboard and in task area.
The responsible team members or teams for the corresponding roles will now be automatically stored in the workflow of the article card for the selected content type.
