Can I access previous chats?
Yes, recent chats are available within topics, stories, or articles where Scompler AI has been used before. Navigate to the relevant object and click AI to open the Scompler AI side panel. Then click the chat icon at the top to open recent chats. In the dropdown menu, you can select a previous chat or use the search to find it, and reopen it in the side panel.
Can I mark chats as a favorit and pin them?
Yes, you can add chats to your favorites to quickly open them again whenever needed. Open Scompler AI, then click the chat icon at the top to open recent chats. In the dropdown menu, hover over the chat that you want to pin and click the star icon to add it to your favorites. The chat is pinned under Recent chats > Favorites.
Where can I access predefined prompts?
You can find a selection of predefined prompts in Scompler AI when clicking the AI Tools icon in the top navigation.
Can I save my own prompts?
No. You can open chats that contain your own prompts via Recent chats and copy them. To access these chats faster, you can add them to your favorites.
Where can I check how many AI credits have been used?
If you have administrator rights, you can check the organization usage of AI credits by navigating to Project Settings > Apps > Scompler AI > Credit Usage.
The credit usage is divided into two sections: free credits and purchased credits and shows the percentage of credits that have already been used.
The free credits are used first.
What happens when all AI credits have been used?
If your AI credits are used up, Scompler AI displays a corresponding message in the text input field. Requests can only be answered once new credits are available. If you have administrator rights, you can request additional credits under Project Settings > Apps > Scompler AI.
Does Scompler AI use external sources and web research?
If activated, Scompler AI can use web search, URL fetching, and real-time research capabilities to provide more relevant and strategically grounded results. Scompler AI can use project data, uploaded documents, and, if activated, external web sources to generate more relevant and strategically grounded outputs. The AI displays source references or indicates which information was used during generation and analysis.
