How can I use stories or posts as templates?
Save time with templates for your standardised communication formats.
Whether it's a regular press release or the concept for your latest campaign: some posts or stories always require the same information. In such cases, it makes sense to create a dummy story or a dummy content type that contains custom fields tailored to your purpose, the appropriate content attributes or, for example, your boilerplate. You can use the “Duplicate” function to copy the story or post of the content type and add the information for your current project.
TIP: For a better overview, you can pin your story in the topic view (Link to Pin post) or activate the “Content Master” function for your corresponding content type (Link to Content Master function).
