The Scompler mobile app allows you to view and edit topic and story cards on the go.
To open a topic card, first tap on a date that falls within the timeframe of a topic in the calendar area of your app. The filter options will help you to quickly find the desired topic. The current topics for the selected date are now displayed at the bottom. Tapping on the desired topic opens the mobile topic map.
If the topic or story is not yet scheduled, search for it using the app's search function and select the timeframe in the "General" tab.
Here you have an overview of the topic with general information. You can easily change the title from the app and view the higher-level category. You can also see the description, the timeframe and the topic owner as well as other available information.
You have four more tabs to choose from, which you can access by swiping to the right. Under "Stories" you will find all the stories belonging to the topic, whose story card you can open with a click. Under "Tasks" you will find all tasks created for the topic. The "Comments" tab contains all messages sent within a discussion. You can reply to these directly in the tab. The "Files" tab shows you all the media uploaded to the topic.
You can share the link to the topic with your colleagues at any time by clicking on the forward button in the top right-hand corner so that they can continue working on the topic on your Scompler mobile app.
In the story card, you have the same functions as mentioned above. You can switch to the corresponding topic at any time by clicking on the topic in the "General" tab in the "Topic assignment" area.
TIP: For both cards, you can update the information in the "General" tab by swiping down if information has been changed in real time.
