Bulk duplication of articles

Duplicate multiple articles with just a few clicks

Do you want to copy several existing articles? It's easy with the bulk function. To do this, check the box to the left of at least two articles and select the “Duplicate bulk” button that appears at the top. In the pop-up window, you can then specify whether the workflow, team assignment and tasks of the articles should be transferred to the copied articles.

After confirmation, identical articles are created with the addition “Duplicate:” in the title. In the project settings, administrators can remove this marking as a “duplicate” and adjust the preselection for duplication.
