Where can I find the KPIs of my topics and stories?

Review the success of your campaigns, stories and topics by measuring the performance of the content published. You can find all the important KPIs of the online posts in one place.

Scompler shows you the KPIs of the articles published in each topic and/or story: including the total number of articles published on each channel, total engagement, reach, total organic and paid reach, total number of likes, comments, shares, etc. With the help of this data, you can make a detailed analysis of your topics and communication activities in Scompler.

To access this data, open the relevant story or topic and click on the “Data” tab. Here you will find the "Analytics" subtab and below it the performance data of each channel on which content was published. (Blog articles, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Activate the option "Detailed View" to display the data of each channel.

Note: For the tab to be displayed in the topic and story cards, administrators should activate the tab under "Topic Popup" and "Story Popup" for the relevant user groups.
