      1. Workflow optimizations

        • Archive workflows (PRO)

      1. Workflow Optimizations

      The workflow function has been expanded: you can now archive unused workflows, assign multiple articles to a workflow with the bulk function in the content area, and update the status of articles. Additionally, you can now set one-time and recurring dates that are taken into account when automatically applying the due dates of tasks in the workflow.

      2. Improved Reporting

      We have improved the reports area. You can now set tabs to private or share them with specific colleagues and teams. You can also display manual metrics in the report widgets and evaluate them, allowing for a more customized display of the data.

      3. Improved Social Media Features

      Exciting updates have been added to the social media features. Starting this quarter, we support Instagram Collab posts and YouTube Shorts as separate post types. In addition, TikTok integration has been switched to business and can now also be linked to Community Management.

       

      4. Editing articles after they have been approved or published

      You can now make quick changes to your articles in the new editing mode, even if they have already been approved or published. With just one click, the edit mode is activated so that you can make adjustments quickly and easily without resetting the workflow status.

       

      5. Improved PDF export

      PDF exports from the content area have been improved. Content from the attachments, tabs and links are now also exported.

       

      6. Enhanced recognition of stories from idea forms

      A prefix can now be added to internal or external ideas. In addition, the submitter's email address is also displayed in the info tab of the story card, next to the names already present, making it easier to assign external ideas.

       

      7. Update: URL shortener

      The URL shortener has been given a new look and design. You can now tag shortened links to group them and keep track of them, and you can monitor click data for your shortened links.
